Estate Sales - are what we've grown our business upon. We organize, stage, and price the contents to be sold. We have grown a wonderful following of shoppers that thoroughly love our sales. This is because of spot on pricing and our friendly, easygoing staff. We believe that all items are a forgotten treasure and treat them as such. We offer a competitive commission structure. There are no setup fees and no guaranteed minimums, etc. We treat estates of all sizes with care and respect. You deserve a company that makes YOU a top priority. 

Moving sales - for any person wanting to sell a house. We conduct the estate sale before the house gets listed for sale. 

Business liquidation sales - for when a business is closing down. 

Buyouts - are when we purchase a collection outright from the client. The client selects this when they don't have the time to wait for an estate sale, or they don't have the room inside the home to allow for an estate sale. Some examples that we purchase are coins, diecast cars, tools, action figures, etc. 

Cleanouts - Cleanouts are when the home gets completely emptied. This includes the basement, garage, and shed. The house will be completely empty. This service is offered once the estate sale is over. This is an optional service that you can accept or decline.
